Processing and Shipping:
Processing takes 3-5 business days. After your order is processed you will get an email notification that it has been shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the FedEx or USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Delays:
For your convienence, it's always advisable not to wait until last minuite to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we recieve from out shipping carriers We are not responsible for late shipments due to Covid-19 delays, incrament weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
We entrust our carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursment of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us at envyinches@gmail.com
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please contact us by email at envyinches@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist and accommodate you!
At Envy Inches, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair goes through a rigirous process to make sure you are recieving the best quality products possible. All hair orders are thouroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completly satisfied. Due to the nature of out products, all sales are final.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from envyinches.com (the “Site”).
